Are you a travel agency? Am I booking the travel through you?
NO. We do not provide the travel for the vacations and only act as a clearing house for travel providers. By submitting the request for reservation form / voucher / certificate, you consent to be bound by all the terms and conditions as stated. You understand the reservation form / voucher / certificate you get must be sent to the travel agent listed on it. The travel agent will answer any questions you have about travel arrangements and options. The travel agent will make reservations for you. All phone numbers and means of contact will be sent to you, once you register the reservation form / certificate / voucher.
If I pick to go on a cruise or a vacation outside U.S.A what travel documents do I need?
U.S.A travelers need proof of citizenship (passport) and photo I.D. U.S.A resident aliens need an Alien Resident Card. Non U.S.A aliens need a valid passport and a U.S.A Multiple Re-Entry Visa. U.S.A Resident aliens and non U.S.A aliens must contact the appropriate consulate to inquire about necessary travel documentation.
Are the restaurant coupons good for a single meal or are they only good as a buy one/get $10 off a second?
Each of the restaurant coupons is good at any restaurants that you choose from the booklet according to the rule (a maximum of 20 at a time). The restaurant coupons are not for a single meal and are not good as a buy one/get $10 off a second. For any coupon in the booklet that you send you will receive several coupons with different values (a total of $10) from different restaurants (from the ones you chose).
Which hotel I will be staying in?
The hotels you will be staying in are constantly changing and depend on the date, destination, and availability. You select the travel dates once you receive the reservation form / certificate / voucher and our travel provider will select the hotel that has occupancy during those dates.
Why there is no phone number I can contact you at?
We try to keep the Processing & Delivery Fees as low as possible for your convenience.
Are children welcome?
Please read the details associated with the item(s) you are interested in. Usually, our offers are for 2 adults (21 years of age or older). You might be able to get children with you but an extra charge may be imposed and that depends on the fulfiller company. We do not provide the travel for the vacations and only act as a clearing house for travel providers.
Can orders be shipped internationally?
At this time, orders can be shipped inside the United States and Canada. Please allow additional time beyond stated estimates for delivery outside of the 48 contiguous states of the U.S. and please make special note of that during the holiday season when delivery status is given. An international delivery surcharge fee will apply for all international orders.
Can I order items to be sent as gifts?
NO. We do not offer this service.
What forms of payments are accepted?
We are currently accepting PayPal payments, Money Orders and checks. Fraudulent payment information will be reported to the proper authorities.
Are there any restrictions on any of the products/services?
YES. To see the restrictions read the item's description page.
Do I have to use the Lifestyle Certificate all at once?
No. You can shop and check out as many times as you want as long as you have a valid pass code and the saving value permits. The credit will be applied up until the full value of your certificate.
An item(s) is(are) missing from my Order?
There are a few reasons this can happen: 1. Orders with large items may be split into several packages that ship separately. Multiple packages can get separated during shipping and arrive at different times. 2. It is rare but sometimes we do make mistakes. If you feel we may have missed your item please contact us immediately.
What options do I have to redeem the Lifestyle Certificate?
The Lifestyle Certificate can be redeemed via the web or by mail. Users may request printed catalogs from Caliber Group by sending $8.00 for the cost of processing and delivery for the catalog. However, User understands the online websites posts a more current inventory of our products and is less likely to result in a backorder situation. Also, agents, suppliers and affiliates understand that printed catalogs may be purchased from Caliber Group. Just submit your pass code, a list of the items you are interested in, the shipping information and a check/money order for the total processing and delivery fee.

How long it takes for the items/products to be delivered?
Including our time to process your order, please allow delivery times of up to 3 weeks. Allow an additional 15 days for mail orders paid by check (held until check clears).

Why do I have to pay Processing & Delivery fees?
The Lifestyle Certificate it is not a gift card or gift certificate and it has no cash value. There is a P&D (Processing and Delivery) Fee to be paid on each item ordered. The P&D fees include but are not limited to the costs of www.marketingvouchers.com in administering the Lifestyle Certificate program, including but not limited to processing, product, profit, insurance and delivery, overhead, computer work, freight from providers, licensing fees, marketing, customer service, handling and delivery to user.
How does the shopping cart work?
Once you have decided you want to pay for Processing & Delivery Fee for an item click on "Add to cart" button. Clicking on this button means you add that item to your cart (just like in a regular store ... if you change your mind you can discard it later). You will be redirected to a virtual shopping cart and there are 2 options (2 buttons): "Continue Shopping" and "Checkout". At this point, "Continue Shopping", gives you the chance to add other items to your cart. If you click "Checkout", you will be asked for your payment information. Once you input the information, there will be a button "PAY NOW". Clicking on that button is when the transaction takes place.
Is the expiration date of the Lifestyle Certificate the same as the expiration date of the item ordered?
NO. The expiration date of a Lifestyle Certificate is 6 months from the issue date. That means, during the 6 months validity you can order any of the items offered. The expiration dates of the items offered are not related to the expiration date of the Lifestyle Certificate. It varies from item to item. Details on the valid time frame of the item are written on the item's description page. If your Lifestyle Certificate expires, the items do not necessarily expire at that date too.
