• Charges

  When reserving your hotel accommodations, a $50.00 refundable deposit will be required for each reservation form to guarantee your room. When the reservations are confirmed, the Reservation Department will prepare and mail a written confirmation with directions and check-in times. You must return your reservation reconfirmation at least 60 days prior to the start of your vacation. Ramada Plaza Resorts, O.F.V. reserves the right to substitute hotels of equal or greater value when deemed necessary. You must reconfirm dates as requested on your reservation form. The vacation does not include: transportation, hotel taxes, service charges, Florida state sales tax, or gratuities. Destinations are subject to change based on availability. Black out dates are from December 15th to January 7th. Puerto Vallarta and Las Vegas accommodations are good for 2 adults only. A surcharge applies for 3rd and 4th travelers in the same room. Two or more vacation certificates may not be used concurrently nor consecutively. Limit one per household.

• Cancellation

  Cancellations must be made in writing and penalties may apply once reservations have been confirmed.

• Restrictions

  Registration Activation Fee of $50 is non-refundable. To begin the reservation process, complete the registration validation form you receive by mail from us and mail it within 30 days with a $4.95 fee. You have to select three dates of travel and a primary and alternate destination.The fulfiller company will make every effort to accommodate one of your travel dates, but reserves the right to offer alternative travel dates and destinations when necessary. Your form must be received at least 60 days in advance of your earliest departure date. All dates must have at least 30 days between choices. This offer is not valid on major holidays and a full 7 days before or after a major holiday. Major Holidays: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas and all Canadian Holidays. Surcharges may apply for peak season & weekends. Group travel is not permitted or more than 1 certificate requesting to travel together. This offer can not be used in conjunction with any other vacation offer or certificate. Only 1 offer per household may be used in a 12 month period.

• Who does the travel arrangements?

  The voucher you get must be sent to the travel agent listed on it. The travel agent will answer any questions you have about travel arrangements and options and will make reservations for you. All phone numbers & means of contact will be sent to you, once you register your voucher. Directions and specific information on your accommodations will be emailed to you when your reservation is confirmed. Specific information about your accommodation is not known until your reservation is confirmed. Shoplotco is not the travel provider. It only acts as a clearing house for travel providers.

• Additional information

  It is your responsibility to provide proper documentation such as Passports, Birth Certificates, Visas, Photo Id’s, etc. for International departure if necessary. It is important that you do not leave for your vacation until you have received your reservation confirmation voucher. This offer is based on space availability at the time of booking. This offer is subject to change at any time without notice. This offer expires one year from the date of issue and travel must be completed before expiration date.

• Theme park credit

  Theme park credit is up to $50 for two adults 1 day major park theme tickets. In order to receive this credit, the fulfiller company must receive the original receipt showing proof of purchase within 30 days of your confirmed completion of travel.
